CVE Vendors Products Updated CVSS v3.1
CVE-2025-12689 1 Mattermost 2 Mattermost, Mattermost Server 2025-12-29 6.5 Medium
Mattermost versions 11.0.x <= 11.0.4, 10.12.x <= 10.12.2, 10.11.x <= 10.11.6 fail to check WebSocket request field for proper UTF-8 format, which allows attacker to crash Calls plug-in via sending malformed request.
CVE-2025-12183 2025-12-29 6.5 Medium
Out-of-bounds memory operations in org.lz4:lz4-java 1.8.0 and earlier allow remote attackers to cause denial of service and read adjacent memory via untrusted compressed input.
CVE-2025-59933 1 Libvips 1 Libvips 2025-12-24 7.8 High
libvips is a demand-driven, horizontally threaded image processing library. For versions 8.17.1 and below, when libvips is compiled with support for PDF input via poppler, the pdfload operation is affected by a buffer read overflow when parsing the header of a crafted PDF with a page that defines a width but not a height. Those using libvips compiled without support for PDF input are unaffected as well as thosewith support for PDF input via PDFium. This issue is fixed in version 8.17.2. A workaround for those affected is to block the VipsForeignLoadPdf operation via vips_operation_block_set, which is available in most language bindings, or to set VIPS_BLOCK_UNTRUSTED environment variable at runtime, which will block all untrusted loaders including PDF input via poppler.
CVE-2025-34457 1 Wb2osz 1 Dire Wolf 2025-12-24 7.5 High
wb2osz/direwolf (Dire Wolf) versions up to and including 1.8, prior to commit 694c954, contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the function kiss_rec_byte() located in src/kiss_frame.c. When processing crafted KISS frames that reach the maximum allowed frame length (MAX_KISS_LEN), the function appends a terminating FEND byte without reserving sufficient space in the stack buffer. This results in an out-of-bounds write followed by an out-of-bounds read during the subsequent call to kiss_unwrap(), leading to stack memory corruption or application crashes. This vulnerability may allow remote unauthenticated attackers to trigger a denial-of-service condition.
CVE-2025-8067 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more 2025-12-23 8.5 High
A flaw was found in the Udisks daemon, where it allows unprivileged users to create loop devices using the D-BUS system. This is achieved via the loop device handler, which handles requests sent through the D-BUS interface. As two of the parameters of this handle, it receives the file descriptor list and index specifying the file where the loop device should be backed. The function itself validates the index value to ensure it isn't bigger than the maximum value allowed. However, it fails to validate the lower bound, allowing the index parameter to be a negative value. Under these circumstances, an attacker can cause the UDisks daemon to crash or perform a local privilege escalation by gaining access to files owned by privileged users.
CVE-2025-47372 1 Qualcomm 47 Qam8255p, Qam8255p Firmware, Qam8620p and 44 more 2025-12-23 9 Critical
Memory Corruption when a corrupted ELF image with an oversized file size is read into a buffer without authentication.
CVE-2025-38395 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: regulator: gpio: Fix the out-of-bounds access to drvdata::gpiods drvdata::gpiods is supposed to hold an array of 'gpio_desc' pointers. But the memory is allocated for only one pointer. This will lead to out-of-bounds access later in the code if 'config::ngpios' is > 1. So fix the code to allocate enough memory to hold 'config::ngpios' of GPIO descriptors. While at it, also move the check for memory allocation failure to be below the allocation to make it more readable.
CVE-2025-38391 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: typec: altmodes/displayport: do not index invalid pin_assignments A poorly implemented DisplayPort Alt Mode port partner can indicate that its pin assignment capabilities are greater than the maximum value, DP_PIN_ASSIGN_F. In this case, calls to pin_assignment_show will cause a BRK exception due to an out of bounds array access. Prevent for loop in pin_assignment_show from accessing invalid values in pin_assignments by adding DP_PIN_ASSIGN_MAX value in typec_dp.h and using i < DP_PIN_ASSIGN_MAX as a loop condition.
CVE-2024-35967 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-12-23 7.1 High

CVE-2024-26926 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: binder: check offset alignment in binder_get_object() Commit 6d98eb95b450 ("binder: avoid potential data leakage when copying txn") introduced changes to how binder objects are copied. In doing so, it unintentionally removed an offset alignment check done through calls to binder_alloc_copy_from_buffer() -> check_buffer(). These calls were replaced in binder_get_object() with copy_from_user(), so now an explicit offset alignment check is needed here. This avoids later complications when unwinding the objects gets harder. It is worth noting this check existed prior to commit 7a67a39320df ("binder: add function to copy binder object from buffer"), likely removed due to redundancy at the time.
CVE-2025-68383 1 Elastic 1 Filebeat 2025-12-23 6.5 Medium
Improper Validation of Specified Index, Position, or Offset in Input (CWE-1285) in Filebeat Syslog parser and the Libbeat Dissect processor can allow a user to trigger a Buffer Overflow (CAPEC-100) and cause a denial of service (panic/crash) of the Filebeat process via either a malformed Syslog message or a malicious tokenizer pattern in the Dissect configuration.
CVE-2025-68382 2 Elastic, Elasticsearch 2 Packetbeat, Packetbeat 2025-12-23 6.5 Medium
Out-of-bounds read (CWE-125) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to perform a buffer overflow (CAPEC-100) via the NFS protocol dissector, leading to a denial-of-service (DoS) through a reliable process crash when handling truncated XDR-encoded RPC messages.

CVE-2024-26710 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/kasan: Limit KASAN thread size increase to 32KB KASAN is seen to increase stack usage, to the point that it was reported to lead to stack overflow on some 32-bit machines (see link). To avoid overflows the stack size was doubled for KASAN builds in commit 3e8635fb2e07 ("powerpc/kasan: Force thread size increase with KASAN"). However with a 32KB stack size to begin with, the doubling leads to a 64KB stack, which causes build errors: arch/powerpc/kernel/switch.S:249: Error: operand out of range (0x000000000000fe50 is not between 0xffffffffffff8000 and 0x0000000000007fff) Although the asm could be reworked, in practice a 32KB stack seems sufficient even for KASAN builds - the additional usage seems to be in the 2-3KB range for a 64-bit KASAN build. So only increase the stack for KASAN if the stack size is < 32KB.
CVE-2025-66217 2 Ais-catcher Project, Aiscatcher 2 Ais-catcher, Ais-catcher 2025-12-23 7.5 High
AIS-catcher is a multi-platform AIS receiver. Prior to version 0.64, an integer underflow vulnerability exists in the MQTT parsing logic of AIS-catcher. This vulnerability allows an attacker to trigger a massive Heap Buffer Overflow by sending a malformed MQTT packet with a manipulated Topic Length field. This leads to an immediate Denial of Service (DoS) and, when used as a library, severe Memory Corruption that can be leveraged for Remote Code Execution (RCE). This issue has been patched in version 0.64.
CVE-2025-27151 1 Redis 1 Redis 2025-12-23 4.7 Medium
Redis is an open source, in-memory database that persists on disk. In versions starting from 7.0.0 to before 8.0.2, a stack-based buffer overflow exists in redis-check-aof due to the use of memcpy with strlen(filepath) when copying a user-supplied file path into a fixed-size stack buffer. This allows an attacker to overflow the stack and potentially achieve code execution. This issue has been patched in version 8.0.2.
CVE-2025-15013 1 Floooh 1 Sokol 2025-12-23 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability was identified in floooh sokol up to 5d11344150973f15e16d3ec4ee7550a73fb995e0. The impacted element is the function _sg_validate_pipeline_desc in the library sokol_gfx.h. Such manipulation leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack must be carried out locally. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. This product utilizes a rolling release system for continuous delivery, and as such, version information for affected or updated releases is not disclosed. The name of the patch is b95c5245ba357967220c9a860c7578a7487937b0. It is best practice to apply a patch to resolve this issue.
CVE-2022-50020 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: avoid resizing to a partial cluster size This patch avoids an attempt to resize the filesystem to an unaligned cluster boundary. An online resize to a size that is not integral to cluster size results in the last iteration attempting to grow the fs by a negative amount, which trips a BUG_ON and leaves the fs with a corrupted in-memory superblock.
