IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.5, and 6.2.1.0 and IBM Sterling File Gateway 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.5, and 6.2.1.0 stores user credentials in configuration files which can be read by a local user.
Tesla Telematics Control Unit (TCU) firmware prior to v2025.14 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability. The TCU runs the Android Debug Bridge (adbd) as root and, despite a “lockdown” check that disables adb shell, still permits adb push/pull and adb forward. Because adbd is privileged and the device’s USB port is exposed externally, an attacker with physical access can write an arbitrary file to a writable location and then overwrite the kernel’s uevent_helper or /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug entries via ADB, causing the script to be executed with root privileges.
A security issue exists within the Rockwell Automation Driver Package x64 Microsoft Installer File (MSI) repair functionality, installed with FTLinx. Authenticated attackers with valid Windows Users credentials can initiate a repair and hijack the resulting console window for vbpinstall.exe. This allows the launching of a command prompt running with SYSTEM-level privileges, allowing full access to all files, processes, and system resources.
An attacker may obtain the root shell on the underlying OS system with the restricted conditions on Omada gateways.
Vulnerability in the Oracle BI Publisher product of Oracle Analytics (component: Web Service API). Supported versions that are affected are 7.6.0.0.0 and 8.2.0.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle BI Publisher accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N).
Privilege escalation to NetworkService Account access in Citrix Session Recording when an attacker is an authenticated user in the same Windows Active Directory domain as the session recording server domain
Vulnerability in the Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench product of Oracle Health Sciences Applications (component: Logger). Supported versions that are affected are 3.4.0.1.3 and 3.4.1.0.10. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.9 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N).
Vulnerability in the Oracle VM VirtualBox product of Oracle Virtualization (component: Core). Supported versions that are affected are 7.1.12 and 7.2.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle VM VirtualBox executes to compromise Oracle VM VirtualBox. While the vulnerability is in Oracle VM VirtualBox, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle VM VirtualBox accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:N/A:N).
Vulnerability in the Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit product of Oracle Systems (component: Filesystems). The supported version that is affected is 8.8. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.9 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H).
Vulnerability in the Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit product of Oracle Systems (component: Naming Subsystem). The supported version that is affected is 8.8. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 2.7 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L).

In Tenable Agent versions prior to 10.8.5 on a Windows host, it was found that a non-administrative user could overwrite arbitrary local system files with log content at SYSTEM privilege.
In onCreate of WindowState.java, there is a possible way to launch a background activity due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
Improper privilege management vulnerability in Astrotalks affecting version 10/03/2023. This vulnerability allows a local user to access the application as an administrator without any provided credentials, allowing the attacker to perform administrative actions.
The Academy LMS – WordPress LMS Plugin for Complete eLearning Solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.7. This is due to the plugin not properly validating a user's role prior to registering a user via the Social Login addon. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update their role to Administrator when registering on the site.
| ZohoCorp ManageEngine Endpoint Central was impacted by an improper privilege management issue in the agent setup.
This issue affects Endpoint Central: through 11.4.2500.25, through 11.4.2508.13. |
A vulnerability has been found in 274056675 springboot-openai-chatgpt e84f6f5 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function submit of the file /api/blade-user/submit of the component User Handler. The manipulation leads to improper authorization. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The Firefox sandbox in Adobe Flash Player before 10.3.183.67 and 11.x before 11.6.602.171 on Windows and Mac OS X, and before 10.3.183.67 and 11.x before 11.2.202.273 on Linux, does not properly restrict privileges, which makes it easier for remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted SWF content, as exploited in the wild in February 2013.
